Three sets of:
Front Squat x 3-5 reps
Tall Box Jumps x
(rest 5-7 seconds between singles)
Rest 2 minutes

For time:
Run 1000 Meters
immediately followed by:
Three rounds of:
95/65 lbs Thrusters x 10 reps
Double-Unders x 30 reps
