"Bored with my own Routines:"
I had always done my own thing in the gym and followed my own routines. I would workout on my own and stop when I felt like I had done enough. It was easy to become bored and inconsistent without the accountability.
Coming to CrossFit, I was not sure about the classes and the competitive side. I did not believe I could do most of the lifts, or even feel strong enough, but everything was scaled and brought down to my fitness level so I could get stronger.
I am way stronger physically and mentally, now, than when I first started. The community helps keep me accountable, builds relationships, and helps encourage me to be here everyday.
