During your free 1-on-1 intro, we will:
Discuss your goals and fitness background (if you don’t have one, don’t sweat it!)
Share what we do, and how we can help
Tour the facility
Sweat a little! (short, beginner-friendly workout)
Just bring a water bottle and some clothes for sweating!
*Sessions last 60-75 minutes. If you’d prefer to just chat and not sweat, just let us know before your session!
