Partner (2) WOD for time:
50 Box Jumps
100 Sit-ups
150 Squats
Run 400 meters
Partners will work through each exercise, alternating every rep then run 400 meters together.
Saturday:
There will be a WOD at Crossfit Knoxville North
at 9am….and a Gymnastic class at Crossfit
Knoxville West at 9am.
