Beginner – CrossFit Knoxville’s programming is designed for everyone, regardless of fitness levels. If you attend our Foundations program, follow the Level 1 (beginner) workouts, and focus on moving well before going fast, literally anyone can have fun in our classes. However, we understand that some folks just don’t feel ready for group classes and could really use a few sessions to get prepared. We have excellent coaches and they are more than willing to help you.
I’m working hard but not quite reaching my goals, Help! – Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will help you identify your stumbling blocks and tailor the workouts better for your specific needs.
Technique – I am struggling with ____ and it’s really making me frustrated! Maybe it’s the bar muscle up, the clean, the dead lift, the squat, snatch, etc… Technique is critical to long term progress and reaching potential. Sometimes we are limited by fear, mobility, movement patterns, or previous injuries. Let our amazing coaches help you figure out what your issue is and the best way to fix it. Sometimes it only takes one session to get you corrected and back on track.
