Our Classes

Build a better you in our classes! Led by our incredible coaches, every class at CrossFit Knoxville is designed to deliver results with a good dose of fun! See something that looks a little "too tough?" Don’t worry. We scale every workout to fit your abilities. As your skills increase, so does the intensity of your workout.

  • CrossFit

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • Foundations

    All CFK Athletes begin their fitness journey with a 3-session Foundations course designed for athlete integration into group classes. Correct movement is critical but only one piece of fitness puzzle.  Our Foundations participants will receive instruction on basic functional movements and an overview of CFK’s Core Values, Mission, and Training Principles.  We will teach you how to move but also how to maximize your experience at CFK through engagement, communication, and utilization of the resources available.

    Class times are M/W/F at 6 p.m.* and courses start weekly. Click here to book a free intro session and get started with your Foundations course today!

  • Endurance

    Want your race times to drop? Tired of overuse injuries keeping you on the sidelines? Then our CFK Endurance Class is for you. In this class, we’ll be targeting muscle groups that are traditionally weaker on endurance athletes, all while developing explosive speed. The goal of this class is to leave you stronger, faster, and more immune to overuse injuries.

    Our weekly CFK Endurance class is always free with a CFK membership. If you want to take your race game to the next level, we have personal training, small group, and specialty coaching options as well! Check out all of the many CFK Endurance options HERE.

  • Weightlifting

    Our Weightlifting classes aim to improve the classic Olympic lifts. Our programming follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. Our Weightlifting classes are great whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength or want to pursue weightlifting as a sport.

  • Gymnastics

    Build strength, coordination, balance and flexibility in our Gymnastics class! If you want to build your core, there’s no better (or more exhilarating) way to do it than with gymnastics. Holding yourself upside down, flipping, using rings and bars and all the other fun things we do in class will help you gain the superhuman strength gymnasts are famous for.
