CrossFit


Unlimited ($165/mo.), OR 13 Classes/month ($145/mo.)

We train for the unknown and unknowable, and challenge ourselves to be prepared for anything life brings.

Our CrossFit classes combine Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, running, jumping, rowing, just about anything you can imagine to help make you stronger and more fit.

You’ll learn new skills, make new friends, get awesome workouts, and challenge yourself to do things you didn’t think possible.

CFK Burn


$99/Month

Burn is a beginner-friendly program but will challenge the most advanced athletes.  If you are new to fitness or have been out of the game for a while, Burn is for YOU!

If you like to get after it but don’t have an hour to commit to the gym, Burn is for YOU!

If you like to sweat, get fit and have fun!  Burn is for YOU!

CFK Go


$29/Month

Working out at home or on the road? We’ve got what you need.

Though we always prefer to see you in the gym, we know life gets busy and things happen.  We strongly believe its better to get in even a brief workout rather than none at all.  We’ve created an easy to use, super effective workout track for when at home is the only option- CFK Go.

All that’s required is a set of dumbbells and a jump rope to follow the CFK Go track.
