CrossFit / GPP
Start: 4-Week Intro, $199 (Foundations Course Included)
Then, either:
Unlimited ($165/mo.), OR 13 Classes/month ($145/mo.)

GPP = General Physical Preparedness. We train for the unknown and unknowable, and challenge ourselves to be prepared for anything life brings.
Our CrossFit classes combine Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting, Gymnastics, Track and Field, Odd Objects, and Strong Man/Woman exercises.
You’ll learn new skills, get awesome workouts, and challenge yourself to do things you didn’t think possible.

CFK Burn
$99/Month
Month-to-Month Memberships
Does CrossFit make you nervous, but you still want to be fit and capable? In Burn, we remove the complicated movements leaving just the stuff that WORKS!
Burn is a beginner-friendly program but will challenge the most advanced athletes. If you are new to fitness or have been out of the game for a while, Burn is for YOU!
If you like to get after it but don’t have an hour to commit to the gym, Burn is for YOU!
If you like to sweat, but don’t care to learn lots of new movements, Burn is for YOU!

Weightlifting & Sports Performance
Multiple programming tracks to fit your goals
Weightlifting: $99/mo.
Sports Performance: $129/mo.
Compete: $129/mo.
If athletic performance is your goal, look no further. Our weightlifting classes are beginner-friendly, challenging for all, and designed to increase your strength, speed, and general athleticism.
If your goal is to learn how to throw weights around and get silly strong, Weightlifting is for you.
If you’re a field athlete looking to increase game-day performance, Sports Performance is for you.
If you’re wanting to compete in the sport of Weightlifting, Compete is for you.
CFK Go
$29/Month
Working out at home or on the road? We’ve got what you need.
In a fitness world where everything is too complicated, we’ve stripped things down to create an easy to use and insanely effective workout track – CFK Go.
All that’s required is a set of dumbbells and a jump rope to follow the CFK Go track.
BUT, if you have more equipment, we also make our CrossFit, CFK Burn, and CFK Power programming available to follow remotely!
