CFK WEEKLY: MAR 30

The 1st quarter of 2025 is done this week! EEK! It has been a fantastic start to the year! Let's keep this awesome positivity and momentum rolling CFK!

Today, Coach Erica is competing at the 2025 National Masters Championships in Boise, Idaho & we want to wish her the best of luck!!! Eek! We are already so proud of you! Lots of good vibes being sent your way from your fit fam at CrossFit Knoxville!!! Whoop!




GOOD LUCK TO OUR CFK RUNNERS!!!

We hope you have a great race and lots of fun next weekend! Those wanting to cheer on friends, the start time is at 7:30 am for the Marathon, Half Marathon, & 4-Person Relay. You will be able to spot them throughout the course and at the finish line around 11/noon. The finish line for the Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon is located at World's Fair Park, where the iconic Sunsphere towers over the finish chute. GO CFK! GOOOOOOO!


Last Day to order is friday:

We stuck with our favorite logo and the team colors from the Open :) We hope you love them as much as we do! We are going to do tiered pricing: 1 for $25, 2 for $45, 3 or more for $20 each!! Black is classic CFK, Green for Wednesdays, Red for RED Friday, & well, we can't leave out the blue team :) Collect all 4 LOL!


When filling out the form, select your size, type in the number of shirts you would like, and lastly, please list the colors you would like.


Example: David - large - 5 - 2black, 1red, 1green, 1blue
