We made it to the first week of The CrossFit Open!!! Let's goooooo! The first workout is announced Thursday & our first workout is scheduled for Friday! 65 of us are registered and ready to go! It's going to be a fun 3 workouts together :)

SPEAKING OF TEAMS? WHO'S GAME FOR A RELAY TEAM?!?!
Did you know that the Knoxville Marathon has options for Relay Teams?!?! Yes!
4-Person Relay Teams where the legs vary a little bit:
person #1 runs 6.7 miles (starts the race for the team)
person #2 runs 6.1 miles (through the hills)
person #3 runs 8.1 miles (longest leg)
person #4 runs 5.3 miles (finishes the race for the team - all can run through the finish line together!)
If the relay isn't for you, maybe one of the 4 other races is?!?!5

Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
5k (3.1 miles)
Covenant Kids Run (1 mile fun run)
