Emily is passionate about fitness and food. Food is fuel! And for your body to be running optimally, you need to eat an optimal diet. Not sure what that is? Working hard in the gym but still can’t see your abs? ;) Emily can help you get your nutrition dialed in without obsessive tracking, measuring, and weighing.

Emily also is a long-time endurance runner and Pose Method Running Technique Specialist. If you’re experiencing pain with running, want to run further and faster, or just wish running felt easier, Emily can work with you to improve your running form and efficiency.

Stephen has a great passion for working with people in classes as well individually. He has been coaching and working with individuals since 2017. As an Obstacle Course Racer and Endurance athlete, he knows how important functional fitness and movement is not only for performance but also our well-being. Stephen has successfully coached young athletes as well as people in their 90’s, so whether your goal is to run faster, become better at your sport of choice, or just kick butt on a daily basis, he understands that everyone’s goals are unique and that a personalized program may fit better or help complement current training.

Allyse has a special place in her heart for people who really want to do the thing, but are nervous about jumping into group classes. Allyse specializes in working with folks who are timid about group fitness, have self-doubts about their ability to jump into CrossFit classes, or struggle with exercise. Maybe you think you’re “too old” for CrossFit (spoiler: you’re not!) but Allyse will help show you the way!! If you’ve always wanted to get into the best shape of your life but don’t feel “ready” for CrossFit, Allyse can help you get to where you want to be!
