Bio

Reece works hard to help her athletes have fun while getting fit. "I love seeing the look in their eyes when they complete a task/skill that they thought they were unable to do," she says. "It’s that look of pure joy and the value of self!!"  When Reece tells you 'you can', you just know it's true... Reece has been coaching group fitness classes for 17 years and brings an amazing attitude to CrossFit Knoxville.  She found CrossFit Knoxville in 2013 and "fell in love with the constant challenge of something different every DAY!" she says. "Ultimately, CrossFit took the most important piece of my group fitness world - community - and added even more diversity and challenge. The struggles of life are best fought with a buddy or 12!"
