Programming Sneak Peek!
Monday:
5 x 6ea Single Leg Deadlifts! Then we have 5 Rounds for time with some deadlifts and box jumps!
Tuesday:
3 Rounds for time where we are going to get our lungs and calves burning! Then we are going to work Core and Grip to finish the day!
Wednesday:
Intervals with a Buy-in! Can you repeat or build on your efforts?!
Thursday:
Power Cleans Building! Then we have a fun short test!
Friday:
Open WOD 23.2!!!
Saturday:
Partner AMRAP that will have you both moving the whole time! Nothing heavy, but we will be moving and having fun!
