CFK Go


Athlete Goal

I want a strong engine and rock-solid core. I want to feel powerful, move moderate weights, and get a great workout daily.

Equipment Requirements

All that’s required is a set of dumbbells and a jump rope!

Program Focus

In a fitness world where everything is too complicated, we’ve stripped things down to create an easy to use and insanely effective workout track.

CFK Go doesn’t mess around – we get after it every workout, every day, with a training program built around dumbbell-focused, time priority, high-power output workouts. We took everything we love from different disciplines and brought them together in one simple, effective program.

Specifically, CFK Go combines the power of functional movements with the regime of traditional strength and conditioning. Each week of training consists of Full-Body and Push x Pull days, with special weekend focuses of Saturday Squats and Sunday Sweat.

CFK Power


Athlete Goal

I am building focused and want to develop a strong base. I want to lift daily, practice my lifts & get a great sweat.

Equipment Requirements

While most workouts can be modified to use dumbbells, we recommend at least the following:

  • Barbell & bumper plates
  • Dumbbells
  • Pull-up bar
  • Plyo box
  • Jump rope

Program Focus

CFK Power offers daily strength and skill training along with a fun and effective metcon-style workout. The movements and workouts in CFK Power focus squarely on building a strong base and providing daily exposure to strength training.

In CFK Power you will squat, press, pull, and clean through daily strength progressions. You will also gain exposure to common bodyweight, gymnastics, and monostructural movements.

If you are newer to this style of training, this program is a fantastic introduction to complexity, loading, and variance. If you are more advanced, CFK Power helps develop mechanics, consistency, and intensity in foundational strength and moderately complex movements.

CrossFit


Athlete Goal

I want to be well-rounded and ready for anything. I want to be strong, fast, and conditioned.

Equipment Needed

Athletes should have access to at least the following equipment:

  • Barbell & bumper plates
  • Dumbbells/Kettlebell
  • Pull-up bar
  • Plyo box
  • Jump rope
  • Wallball/Medicine Ball

Also recommended (not required, as movements can be modified):

  • Rowing machine
  • Assault bike
  • Rope (climbing)
  • Gymnastics rings
  • Abmat
  • Slam ball

Program Focus

Inspired by our 60-minute class, CrossFit offers the opportunity to gain exposure to the widest degree of complexity, loading, and variance.

In our CrossFit program, all movements, loads, and time domains are fair game. Workouts can last anywhere from less than 10 minutes to 30+ minutes, but most will last anywhere from 10-25 minutes. Workouts are highly varied in duration, format, and type. Each session will be different, and you need to be ready for anything!

CFK Burn


Athlete Goal

I am conditioning focused. I want daily cardio, aerobic capacity, & fast-paced training.

Equipment Needed

Athletes should have access to the following equipment:

  • Dumbbells/kettlebell
  • Wallball/Medicine Ball
  • Weight plate (10-35#)
  • Plyo-box

Also recommended (not required, as movements can be modified):

  • Rowing machine
  • Assault bike
  • Gymnastics rings
  • Pull-up bar

Program Focus

CFK Burn is the ultimate high-energy conditioning training. Workouts typically last anywhere from 10-15 minutes and always incorporate simple yet potent movements. CFK Burn combines bodyweight, rowing-biking-running, and simple weightlifting movements for each workout.

CFK HIIT


Athlete Goal

I am interval-training focused. I want daily high-energy intervals, circuit training and quick fitness

Equipment Needed

Athletes should have access to the following equipment:

  • Dumbbells
  • Jump rope
  • Plyo-box

Also Recommended (not required, as movements can be modified):

  • Rowing machine
  • Assault bike
  • Wallball/Medicine Ball
  • Gymnastics rings
  • Weight plate (10-35#)

Program Focus

CFK HIIT is our special spin on fast-paced interval training. Every workout involves four different stations and typically last between 10-20 minutes.

In CFK HIIT, you will work through each station for a short time period then move to a new station. Workouts will always challenge you, and are perfect if you’re looking for high-energy interval training, want to focus exclusively on light conditioning, or need a quick workout to fit into a busy schedule!
