Couch to CrossFit

If you’re ready to make a positive change in your life, but not quite ready for full-time CrossFit, our 4-week Couch-to-CrossFit program is perfect for you! This “low barrier to entry” program is designed for the couch potato ready to take those first steps toward weight loss and functionality.

During Couch-to-CrossFit, you can look forward to a welcoming, FUN, environment that will reduce stress and provide a jump-start for your new fitness journey. Participants will leave the program motivated to take over their world and continue their journey to being leaner, stronger, and healthier.

Each week, you'll meet as a small group with your coach to cover basic functional movements, learn a little about nutrition and exercise, and do a short workout. You'll then be given 2-3 "homework" assignments (workouts, nutrition challenges, and more!) to complete each week, and at the end, you'll have an opportunity to try your first CrossFit class!

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • 1 small-group class each week

  • 1-hour Crossover Symmetry workshop for improved shoulder strength & stability
  • 1-hour Baseline Nutrition workshop
