Do you love working out?  Do you also love rescue animals?  We’ve got the perfect combo!

WOD for a Rescue

 

Each year all the local gyms raise money and supplies to help benefit the Humane Society of the Tennessee Valley.  We will have a list of things needed, but common requests are food, bedding, litter, etc.  We’ll get that to you soon!

 

Thursday September 28th will be the throw down day!  Workouts at all the gyms will be the following:

3 Rounds for Max Reps

1 minute each:

Box Jumps/Step-ups (24/20)

Ground-to-Overhead (115/85)

Burpees to a plate

Kettle Bell Swings (70/53)

Knees-to-Elbows

1 minute rest between each round

 

It’s a grueling workout, but all for a good cause!  If you have any questions, please let a coach know!
